How do we collect information from you

We obtain information when you visit and use our website, for example when you place an order, register, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website or sign up to our newsletter.

Your payment information is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

Why do we process your data?

Email Newsletter

We operate an email newsletter program, through which we notify our subscribers about products and services which may be of interest to them. You can subscribe through an online automated process on our website if you would like to, but it is up to you.
Sometimes we will manually process your subscription, for example if you’ve written to us to ask to receive the newsletter.

All of your personal details that we have gained through your subscription (i.e. your name) are held securely and none of your details will ever be passes on to third parties for marketing purposes. When we send you email newsletters, they may contain tracking facilities within the actual email. We do this, so we can know which materials interest you the most. Access and update

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.
