WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver world-wide.
We think every woman with bunions deserves our shoes, so we aim to deliver to as much of the world as possible.
However, for various reasons we aren’t currently delivering to the following countries:
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Standard (2-3 working days) delivery is free to all our UK mainland customers. If you need your shoes quick you have the option to upgrade for an additional fee.
We are sorry that we can't delivery everywhere in the world for free, however we do offer excellent rates for delivery rates. These are detailed below.
All deliveries are taken care of by Royal Mail (or alternative courier) and are sent tracked and signed for.
You will receive your tracking number by email once your shoes have been dispatched.

DUTIES NOTICE: International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis.
This means that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. If a shipment is refused, we will do what we can to nullify the customs charges and have the shipment returned to Calla.
We cannot guarantee that customs charges can be voided for a refused shipment. In this case, we will deduct the amount from your refund.
Express Delivery: Monday-Friday: orders received by 12pm will be dispatched that day for next day delivery, excluding bank holidays.
Weekends: orders received by 5pm Sunday will be dsipatched Monday for next day delivery, excluding bank holidays.
We aim to cover all areas with our Express service, but unfortunately it cannot be guaranteed in certain areas. These include Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
DO YOU ALWAYS MEET YOUR DELIVERY TIMESCALES?
We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.
WHAT IF I'M NOT IN WHEN YOU MAKE A DELIVERY?
All our deliveries are sent via the signed and tracked service by Royal Mail or an alternative courier service, so if you’re not in your delivery-person should leave a card for you to say they have been and leave further instructions.
WILL I GET MY DELIVERY CHARGES BACK?
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.
You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have three months to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).
You can choose to pay with PayPal or with a debit or credit card via WorldPay.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Maestro cards. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.
When selecting the Paypal option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Callashoes.co.uk
Transactions on this website that are processed using Worldpay, go through a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
For first time customers, we only ship to the billing address.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
Pre-ordered items will be charged in full and secured for you as soon as the order is placed. Once your order has arrived we will be able to ship your item directly to you. If you combine your pre-ordered item with items currently available the order will be shipped separately but you will only pay one shipping fee.
The returns policy for pre-orders is the same as for all other orders.
For orders made in the pre-sale, if you change your mind and no longer want us to reserve your shoes, you have 14 days to cancel your order from date of payment to get a full refund.
