RETURNS OF CALLA SHOES

 

At Calla we believe all of our products should meet the high standards of our customers so if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund unworn items within a 28 day period (from the day the goods were delivered to you).

Of course we understand that you may need to 'test' the shoes out to make sure they fit your bunions properly.  

In this case we reccomend that you wear your shoes (with clean feet!) around the house to begin with on carpeted flooring.  That way you can check whether or not they will be suitable for your size of bunions.  

If they are painful after wearing in this way then they may need stretching (and our shoes are really easy to stretch) or they may not be suitable for your feet.  However, if you do stretch the shoes then we can not accept their return.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

If you order a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift in November or December you will have until the 14 January to return them or 28 days from date of purchase, whichever is later.

COST OF RETURNS

We provide a free returns service for UK customers.  

If you are an customer outside of the UK you will need to take responsibility to pay for the return of your items.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method in 3-5 working days of receipt of goods. Funds may take a further 5 working days to appear in your account.

MY SHOES ARE FAULTY 

If, having worn your shoes, they develop a fault, we would like to know about it.  Please email us in the first instance to [email protected]

UK RETURNS

If your'e based in the UK returns are free and simple to do:

  1. Please complete the returns form with the reason for return and which items you are returning.  You have 28 days to return the shoes.
  2. Ensure your goods are securely wrapped using the postage box your shoes were delivered in and the completed returns form is enclosed.
  3. Email us at [email protected] and we will send you a link to our Royal Mail account to download a postage label.
  4. Take your parcel to a Post Office and they will give you a reciept for proof of postage.
  5. It can take 3-5 working days once receiving at our warehouse to process the return and refund/exchange. This shouldn't take longer than 14 days from the day that you returned the item back to us. If you have any issues please email us [email protected]

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK

  1. Please return your item to arrive with us within 28 days of receipt
  2. Simply complete the returns form with the reason for return and which items you are returning.
  3. Ensure your goods are securely wrapped using the postage box your shoes were delivered in and the completed returns form is enclosed.
  4. Mark the box as "RETURNED PURCHASE" for customs
  5. Post the goods to: Returns - Calla Ltd c/o Exact Abacus, Unit C Western Avenue Matrix Park, Chorley Lancashire, PR7 7NB
  6. Make sure you obtain a ‘proof of postage’ certificate which you should retain until you’ve received your refund (sorry but we can’t accept responsibility for goods lost in transit).
  7. Your refund will appear in your account within 5 days after taking receipt at our warehouse. This shouldn't take longer than 14 days from the day that you returned the item back to us.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The products you return must be in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.

CALLA are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them. Your statutory rights as a customer remain unaffected.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a full refund for the original item, according to our returns policy.  In some instances we may be able to carry out a straight exchange for you, please contact us for further information [email protected]
