At Calla we believe all of our products should meet the high standards of our customers so if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund unworn items within a 28 day period (from the day the goods were delivered to you).

Of course we understand that you may need to 'test' the shoes out to make sure they fit your bunions properly.  

In this case we recommend that you wear your shoes (with clean feet!) around the house to begin with on carpeted flooring.  That way you can check whether or not they will be suitable for your size of bunions.  

If they are painful after wearing in this way then they may need stretching (and our shoes are really easy to stretch) or they may not be suitable for your feet.  However, if you do stretch the shoes then we can not accept their return.

We recommend you contact us before your purchase for advice on size and styles that will be suitable for you.

Return procedure

If your'e based in the UK returns are free and simple to do:

  1. Please complete the returns form with the reason for return and which items you are returning.  You have 28 days to return the shoes.
  2. Ensure your goods are securely wrapped using the postage box your shoes were delivered in and the completed returns form is enclosed.
  3. You can download your postage label via this link (UK returns only): ROYAL MAIL RETURNS
  4. Take your parcel to a Post Office and they will give you a reciept for proof of postage.
  5. It can take 3-5 working days once receiving at our warehouse to process the return and refund/exchange. This shouldn't take longer than 14 days from the day that you returned the item back to us. If you have any issues please email us [email protected]

 

The products you return must be in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.

CALLA are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them. Your statutory rights as a customer remain unaffected.

Great news! Customers from the United States are now able to get a refund on their return shipping cost via PayPal.  

If you activate PayPal's refunded returns service and pay with PayPal on our website while placing your order, you can claim money from PayPal to pay for the cost of return up to $30 (it normally costs around $24-25 to return a pair of shoes via USPS).

Please note: this is a service offered by PayPal, not Calla Ltd. We are only letting you know of this great option.

 

Returning items from the USA with PayPal's refunded returns, step by step:

  1. Please return your item to arrive with us within 28 days of the day that they were delivered to you. Simply complete the returns form with the reason for return and which items you are returning.
  2. Ensure your goods are securely wrapped using the postage box your shoes were delivered in and the completed returns form is enclosed.
  3. Mark the box as "RETURNED PURCHASE" for customs
  4. Post the goods to: Returns - Calla Ltd c/o The Fulfilment Crowd, Unit C Western Avenue Matrix Park, Chorley, PR7 7NB, United Kingdom. Make sure you obtain a ‘proof of postage’ certificate which you should retain until you’ve received your refund (sorry but we can’t accept responsibility for goods lost in transit).
  5. Your refund will appear in your account within 5 days after taking receipt at our warehouse. This shouldn't take longer than 14 days from the day that you returned the item back to us.
  6. Claim for your return shipping costs from PayPal if you have previously activated refunded returns.

 

If you have signed up to PayPal's refunded returns (as per above information), checked out on our website with PayPal, received your shoes, and feel that they are not quite right, here is how to request a return shipping refund from PayPal.

  1. Log into your PayPal account and go to your transaction list
  2. Click on your payment to Calla Ltd and scroll down to 'request return-shipping refund'
  3. Click through to request a return shipping refund
  4. Fill in the required information and submit.

If you are an customer outside of the UK you will need to take responsibility to pay for the return of your items.

If you pay by PayPal and activate their returns service, as long as your country is listed below you can claim money from PayPal to pay for the cost of return or to cover most of it.

1. Log into your PayPal account and go to your transaction list

If you order a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift in November or December you will have until the 14 January to return them or 28 days from date of purchase, whichever is later.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method in 3-5 working days of receipt of goods. Funds may take a further 5 working days to appear in your account.

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order.
